Hold onto your hats (or so the phrase goes) - Zombies By Design is showing at the Pennsylvania DMORT Yearly event, held in Gettysburg! Set up to show for over 200 Emergency Management folks, the show will be the capper at their yearly training/educational event, this year happening on March 23. And as a bonus, the Troubled Moon Films regular David Sitbon will be attending the event in person! He'll be able to field questions from the audience as well as talk about the film! AND....Zombies By Design has been entered into the ZOMBIE MOVIE DATABASE...check it out here!

Hello there folks and how y'all doing? 2007 has kicked off to an energetic start! We've got 2 scripts ready to shoot here, with another 2 more in the readying stage - meaning TMF has plenty of work cut out for them! And if life wasnt weird enough, check out this awesomeness: Professor David Oakes of South Texas College has been using TROUBLED MOON FILMS features such as Tartarus, Fungicide and Zombies by Design in his courses of "English Composition" and "Rhetoric". How cool is that? According to the professor, the films are used as part of a critical thinking exercise for the students, using the films to re-create history based on a "lost civilization" premise. And here the only use of TMF films in classrooms has been to punish kids (South Illinois - thanks Mr. Brair!!). Special thanks to the Professor, South Texas College and a big shout out to his students! Also, big news for 2008 - FUNGICIDE will get a special Gold Anniversary Re-Release in APRIL 2008 FEATURING: All new scenes, Hi-def transfer, kikin new music, Cast and Crew commentaries - the whole nine yards - ALL at an incredibly low price!

Big shout out to TMF actors David Sitbon and Juan Fernandez - both are making big strides in local Philadelphia based films and efforts. Dave has been working hard in local contests and was awarded a shot in a recent commercial (way cool inside information on the green screen/hi def cameras). Awesome job Dave! Next time, smuggle a camera on the set for some inside pix :) And Juan Fernandez has again hit another major release not only with the recent "Invincible" featuring Mark Whalberg, but also on another release from Pendulum Pictures. Great job, Juan!

Welcome a new year and new projects here at TMF! Infinities Lock is progressing nicely with CGI effects being the majority of work right now. Infinities Lock has also gotten a recent mention in "Variety" magazine! And Zombies by Design has a new review up at Unnoticed Films. Lighting? Blocking? What are they?
