Yes folks, FUNGICIDE still lives! A review has been posted on the Microcinema Scene website - go on over here or direct your browser to http://www.microcinemascene.com and check look for FUNGICIDE. Also, a review is coming soon from FILM THREAT magazine for TARTARUS, just in time to make your New Years a horror bash! Onto other news, Troubled Moon Films board of directors has approved the next film to be made in 2006, and writing is underway. Stay tuned as the plan is for 2 films to be shot in 2006....we'll keep y'all posted!

Great news for fans of Troubled Moon Films - SUBURBAN SASQUATCH has been sold to a distributor - both domestic and international! Within the next year, the bigfoot kills townfolk film will be out in stores, so keep your eyes peeled! Also, TARTARUS is getting early reviews and good ones at that too. TARTARUS has sold! That's right - a distributor has bought the rights to TARTARUS so we'll be seeing the premiere of the film before long on store shelves! Look for more information coming soon! Progress goes well on ZOMBIES BY DESIGN as more post-production work is completed, and the final shots are lined up. Also, the next series of films to be made 2006+ are being prepared right now - in the script and treatment stages so as always - keep a watch on Troubled Moon Films!

FUNGICIDE is out in stores now in the DRENCHED IN BLOOD DVD movie 4 pack from Brentwood Video! Woo hoo! And Dave Weldon, a STAR???? What is the world coming to?!? Well thats just great that TMF has now got its first film in stores - and maybe with some hope and prayers we'll be seeing more in theaters soon as well! AND the premiere of TARTARUS at the Baltimore Science Fiction Convention went off really well, with Juan and Dave on stage with THE COUNT to be briefly interviewed before the film showed. It looked great on a big 12 foot screen, the widescreen (16x9) format came out really nice, and the sound was excellent! We'll get a few more showings of TARTARUS from film festivals before we get the street date for the DVD in August this year, so hold on!!

FUNGICIDE hits stores on May 24! That's right! Brentwood Video will be distributing FUNGICIDE as part of a horror collection pack, so check it out in your local video stores! And, there's big news for TARTARUS - the World Premiere has been set for Memorial Day weekend! On Friday, May 27, TARTARUS will premiere at the Baltimore Science Fiction Convention - it will be the late night feature film shown on a 12 ft wide screen for the audience that kicks off the weekend Science Fiction Convention! We're really proud of the effort and excitement surrounding this film so try to come on by and check it out!

Big news coming in - that's right - FUNGICIDE will be hitting US stores in late May! Details aren't all in yet, but you can expect the wacky, horror comedy film to be filling up local retail stores in just a few weeks! Also, new additions to the store here include the FUNGICIDE Card Game, as well as new FUNGICIDE stuffed mini-mushrooms (adorable as well as horrible!), and a new, limited edition stuffed Bigfoot from the film SUBURBAN SASQUATCH!

Going on sale today - brand new - yes...it's....FUNGICIDE THE CARD GAME! That's right - the fun and excitement of Fungicide in a card game! Two to 5 brave players can play against each other or the Master Mushroom in this hilarious collectible card game! Featuring full color pictures from the game, you play as one of the memorable characters from the movie, using weapons and powers seen on-screen! TARTARUS is off and running to a great start! Getting awesome early feedback on the film, and the dark/horror theme is really hitting home! Nice to surprise a few people and keep them on their toes! Right now TARTARUS is being passed around to film festivals, and is in negotiations for public opening in this area as well. Also, big news for SUBURBAN SASQUATCH and FUNGICIDE - both will have their trailers featured in RENO, NV on a local B-Movie Channel later this fall. Check out the site at www.bhivetv.com. Also...right now firming up locations and dates for public appearances by cast members of Troubled Moon Films and where you can buy copies of the movies (at a cheaper cost than on the website). Two more updates this week. FUNGICIDE has sold in Indonesia, so if you're interested in seeing it you'd better book a plane ride over :) . Also, TARTARUS has been completed and is now in the mastering stage for DVD. Public showing dates will be soon to follow so keep your eyes peeled! In addition, Troubled Moon Films is partnering up with John Daley Videos to co-write an as-yet unnamed film to be shot this year. And finally, as af all this wasn't enough, Troubled Moon Films is also in the process of writing the next film to be shot, possibly in 2005 or 2006 so get those acting resumes in if you're interested!

Troubled Moon Films is jammed full of activities for this year, and things have gotten off to a great start! First off, "TARTARUS" is expected to be completed within the next few weeks. The production staff is currently reviewing options for the premiere of the film, while at the same time mastering for DVD production is continuing. Expected with the release of this newest film on DVD will be an audio commentary track by the cast and crew! In addition, "ZOMBIES BY DESIGN" is ramping up the post-production as editing has started, as well as plans for additional footage to be shot along with one more scene. Also, expect some exciting news regarding the Troubled Moon Films classic "FUNGICIDE". There will also be several events this year where Troubled Moon Films will be marketing films directly to the public, at conventions and events as well as stores, so stay tuned as we kick things into high gear!

Well the new year is off to a great start! TARTARUS will be completed soon, with a run through Film Festivals this year and available on VHS and DVD. Also, post-production has begun on the zombie-comedy-action extraveganza "ZOMBIES BY DESIGN"! And Suburban Sasquatch is currently fielding offers for worldwide distribution, and Fungicide has also secured domestic (North American) rights for distribution as well! And even better than that, our very own Major Wang (aka Wes Miller) has kicked the ass of cancer and is doing great! Thanks for all the kind emails, thoughts and prayers!
